That very evening twas helter-skelter, miguu niponye, as well fed cops hunted down malnourished citizens, emaciated from the hardships of life, chasing them around the dark alleys of Soy, for the better part of the evening

Maybe they had said we walk around in our bathing suits, to confuse the virus. Since no one knew what measures had been introduced, no one could tell if they were breaking any law or not and for that case, everyone took off, including those with masks
It is much safer to run than allow yourself to be arrested "to help police with investigations". The government should introduce TVs in our farms to let us catch up with the latest presidential directives, to enable us comply, than blame us for breaking laws we know nothing about
In other news, gunshots were heard at night at Soy Youth Polytechnic in Likuyani. A huge ball of fire in the night darkness could be seen consuming a dormitory in the institution
The students went on rampage protesting yet to be known grievances and opted to set their hostels ablaze to warm themselves up and "punish the administration"
Seems Likuyani Boys, a few meters away, passed the baton to this institution. A few days ago, they too rioted, prompting a closure of the institution, complaining that the ugali served to them was too small and ought to be increased
