How's your chrome? Mine shows ads but not like the one you've posted. Ads zangu ziko at the bottom huko, I hardly notice them unless I scroll to the complete bottom. Very rare to see ads, oven thought there were no ads initially.

The ad is missing simply because you are logged in, the top ad is only visible to guests, the rationale being that content creators (registered users) don't see obtrusive ads, while content consumers see the ads.
