This is the best time to look for a job outside the country. There are plenty of opportunities.

Millenials na gen z have tasted working remote and they are not really interested in going back to their offices.... Plus their work motivation is slightly different from boomers unless hr become creative it gonna be hard. Got a friend who went remote he now lives practically in three towns naks, naivasha and watamu with occasional transit through nai he isn't interested in going back to the brick and mortar office and he tells me their productivity has gone considerably high while lowering office overheads like rent, refreshments etc

Is that why some niegas I had talked to over three years ago have started telling me there are jobs for me? To just answer their mail and they will the do rest..

Domino’s Pizza CEO Ritch Allison told CNBC’s Jim Cramer the American restaurant industry is being hurt by a slowdown in immigration.
“In the U.S. with minimal population growth organically, we do — we need immigration in our industry to continue to have enough team members,” Allison said.

Cramer on Friday called his conversation with Allison “sobering” and “shocking.”
