Actually, it is Raila zones uploading doctored form 34As.

Form 34A of Kondele Market station 1 in Kisumu reads 362 registered voters but 390 valid votes cast i.e. 108% voter turnout.

In Kilifi, Magarini Constituency, Bomani Primary School Raila gets 991 Votes in a Polling Station that has 613 voters.
