This such an interesting project, for me to get to tell Kplc in shags to eff off, due to their daily blackouts and extended delays in power resumption. The repair guys behave like kings, even to the extent of asking for Chai to facilitate 'faster' repairs. Eff that. Looking forward to that sweet feeling while telling them, "sitaki stima!"

Good job Kijana. Green is the way to go. We have less wind where I live, so I'd do PV. Already shower solar, 6 years and counting.

kuna community water pump iliwekwa na USAID. Wueeh, hio wind power was very strong. In under 1 hr a 10k ltrs tank was overflowing.
Later the project was modified to include solar - powered pump.
