I wouldn't actually have allowed the situation to fester this long not primarily because I am a good human being but because of the belief that if I have the facts on my side then the onus would be on me to disclose them, I would've met the CJ, AG and head of NIS first then proceeded to ensure the JSC gets the detailed report.As Uhuru.
