How will you, as an individual, assess hundreds of workers in hundreds of places in a field you are not competent in within a few hours? There are hundreds of ways of assessing service delivery, and walking around looking like a clown is not one of them.
If short of ideas, the governor, his family, neighbors, and workers should be seeking services from that hospital so that he can gain first-hand feedback.
He was there to check service delivery, which is a fraction of the hospital function, he didn't claim to come audit the whole hospital, did he?
He also didn't go around as a clown as you e decided to twist it, he just went in as a patient. Why are you twisting the story?
Kisha his family and friends seek services. Seriously? His contract with his constituents has nothing to do with this part.
I do get your point though, the hospitals should be efficient.
Narrow down to the actual situation, wacha excitement.
Just to clarify I do not support this kind of visit from politicians, especially Kenya, as most aren't sincere.

One man spends a few hours in a hospital, obviously in just a few sections, and you want us to believe that he will derive a true picture of the hospital from such a brief window. The fact that he is already mistaking a security guard for a nurse should tell you he is nothing more than a clown. You cannot accurately characterize the service conditions of such an institution even if you spent the entire year within the hospital. These are just cheap theatrics meant to excite pedestrians.
