Police in Machakos County are holding a secondary school teacher accused of breaking a form three student's arm and also inflicting severe injuries on his back and ribs , in what police term as a displined case that is believed to have gone wrong and against the law. The suspect, a middle aged teacher from Kisukioni Secondary School in Matungulu is currently detained at Tala Police Station awaiting arraignment in court when investigation into the matter are concluded. Speaking to the press outside the police station , the mother to the injured student , said her son was caged in a room by the said teacher , when the violence cum punishment was unleashed on him and now wants justice served.
