Wamechelewa, image ya judiciary has already been dragged thru mud, they should have intervened before high court ijiharie na inukishe.
But on the positive side no other high court judge will repeat this joke
Now since wamesema jurisdiction ain't cast in stone, and supreme court can overturn precedent..... maneno ya degree, form four certificate, the ICC question, and who the fuck knows what else could be pulled out of its bag of tricks......

How did sakaja end up being allowed to contest?
Can someone summarize the ruling for us here coz sielewi?

wrongturn

So you're now supporting impunity 😕?
we like to pretend yet some of us cheered when sakaja was cleared despite the obvious. Aren't we very happy when gachagua and aisha cases were pushed to after elections? What do you think will happen if they win? We're already in a country full of impunity , nothing new in kenya.
The other day we were championing sonko apewe ticket ya 001 but when he supported uhuru this week, it dawned to us he was impeached and should not be allowed to run. Tuwache kujifanya malenge.

Hiding behind "procedure" and right for his un-fairness case to be heard
What Sonko needs to be worried about are his corruption cases, his jail break and his wealth accumulation. These will soon be interrogated.

They're coming for him. Make no mistake. This was the genesis of his (rapid) downfall. After being ousted as governor angecheza chini.

And recording na kuanika a high court judge, stepped on too many toes
