I am talking of them removing just the lamp and leaving the arm still attached to the post. As you can see someone can't reach the lamp from the pole, na ni maksudi to make it difficult to steal...

The road sign post is illegally removed that had the sign "slow down". Later the remover's brother crosses the same street.A speeding matatu hits the brother because it never saw the sign... the brother dies.. the illegal remover attends funeral and bays for matatu driver's blood... wisdom of a fool.

Its true, this big hotels use it to cut down on cost
