Russian propaganda follows the route of making the war seem small and them not doing any damage to their Ukranian brothers whom they say are freeing them from a puppet government. Under no circumstances do they want to broadcast the mass casualties they are inflictings on Ukranian army and civillian infrastructure as this will make it difficulty to pacify the nation once they eventually occupy it fully while Ukraine propaganda is to make people believe they are winning the war. This is why you're only seeing Russian casulties in this war, No Russian soldier is actually allowed to have mobile phones only secure military communication tools.
