Food specialists have cautioned of lethal germs in the majority of the well known 'mutura,' sold in Nairobi.

"It could make you debilitated," the analyst from University of Nairobi cautioned in a report distributed on October 23.

The scientists said the greater part of cooked or uncooked 'mutura' sold in Nairobi were exceptionally defiled with sickness causing germs.

"Our investigation shows simmered and non-cooked African hotdogs sold in meat outlets in Nairobi County are debased with staphylococcus, bacillus, streptococcus, proteus, and E coli living beings," says the report. These germs, the analysts from the college's veterinary division said, present genuine food handling dangers to buyers.

The group had gathered 100 examples of 'mutura' from prepared to-eat distributing destinations and meat diner focuses in Westlands market, Kangemi market and Pangani home.
