I once called out a guy on social media who was trying to suggest that vegetable should be eaten raw, juicing and all.
So I asked him if all along humanity has been eating vegetable the wrong way.
He he the answers after that kujitetea..
If you follow everything you find on the internet, chances are you'll end up malnourished and confused..
Truth is, everything should be consumed in moderation, our folks weren't stupid.

Before fire was invented, that's how our folks survived. Raw meat. Raw vegetables.
