I mean the procedures are standardized for normal paint jobs, unless you are using special paints. Any basic paint shop should have the manpower to carry out these procedures effectively if they are honest.

When I engage someone to do a job, I expect them to know how to do their stuff really well. I expect them to do the best job possible. I expect dedication, passion and purpose. In turn, I pay more than a standard wage. The idiot who mis-painted my car is a con who abused my dislike for micromanaging people that I engage. A prefessional should work with a brief that clearly defines the scope of the job and a budget (both pre agreed).

If you cannot do your work without supervision, you are not professional. I don't want to work with cry babies who steal from his own clients and blame hard economic times when they don't get a return customer or a referral. Watu waache mchezo kwa kazi.

If that my rusungu.dll is broken, pole mkubwa. I will try to be clearer next time.
