The next govt whichever side ,will have a tough time containing and trying to build up on their fake promises .
I did not hear any tangible points in their manifestos.
UDA's securitization of pending bills is a good one, no doubt we will take a hit in terms of public debt rising but the flip side is it disincentivises government accumulating pending bills which have killed so many SMEs.

Also, if they halt spending any more money on unapproved projects as promised and divert some of the hundreds of billions spent on brick and mortar to productive sectors they could spur growth

Handshake wasn't evil. The reason behind it is evil. If they could have persued electoral justice, it would still be fine.
It was evil. It was meant to popularize Raila at the taxpayers cost.

Pro handshake surrogates from other regions except luo nyanza and apart from a few central Kenya lads were spared but other leaders especially western Rift valley and coast region were carelessly brushed aside in the full glare of their constituents

After the supreme court squashed it those same guys that were despised had to make a u turn

Don't leave out these;

1. Betraying his supporters with handshake

2. Blindly supporting chupilee guovament

3. Pushing BBI, which Kenyans had no interest in

4. Calling macho nyanya his brother
We raised these points over and over again but they were too deluded to see the damage such a betrayal to the people had caused.
