HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE WINE:
Step 1
Wash the pineapples peels and cut into small pieces.

Step 2
Boil it for about 5 minutes with water and 1 kg sugar.

Step 3
When cool, add yeast and store in an air tight vessel for atleast 7 day but preferably 21 days.

Step 4: Filter the wine through a fine cloth and drink.

2 tbsp- Yeast
