Might anyone know who is the ultimate owner of the golf club adjacent to the CBD. Huwa sielewi, how come such prime land only has 10 people at a time and can easily be converted into a convenient bus park or parking zone? Also, the NMS had hinted at developing underground parking places, with Masaku Country Bus Station as the first. Whatever happened to that...I hear the plan but don't understand where these car parks outside the city will be located!

I especially love the second one because in a big metropolis such as ours, underground parking is the way to go. I still marvel at what church ya akina @Liberty did with a small space that now parks hundreds, if not over a thousand cars.
Modern problems need a new way to look at solutions you know.
