Naah... the worst that would happen to him is to pay for his expensive shopping of course at discounted prices! This guy clearly does not care for any retribution coz he knows there wont be any. Am sure you have dealt with cops before and majority have condescending attitude and believe themselves to be demigods, am not saying that all cops are bad we have some who genuinely serve but the majority only understand one relationship between them and citizenry brutality and humiliation!!!

It depends on what actions the police took after the raid. For instance, were any of the offenders arrested? Are there any official records that document the incident? If the incident can be proven to be pure opportunistic criminality, that policeman could be serving as a good example for the rest, and in the process generate invaluable TV and print content for Nation, who will be catalyzing the whole process.

The terror we experienced while growing up, and that young people continue to experience huko mashambani is nothing close to humane.

True that, in place where a sense of community is still there and elders are present and respected, most of the civil issues and some of the criminal issues are resolved by them, and they get maximum support from security officers.
