Recent data from the Nigerian government and the World Bank on poverty in the country contradict each other. While the government claims that it has lifted 10.5 million Nigerians out of poverty in the last two years, the World Bank says inflation has plunged seven million citizens into poverty. So, who is saying the truth? Stephen Onyeiwu explains that both claims are right depending on how poverty is measured and regardless of what parameters are used to measure poverty, Nigeria needs to do more than issuing handouts to take more citizens out of poverty

You should check out Venezuela's current inflation rate and you will realize you are in a better place..am not an expert though!!!
Done that, we are in a different scenario from the Venezuelan one. We have no embargoes nor is our economy based on oil exports, you couldn't have picked a more dissimilar example dude.

Nigeria are featuring in the same lists as Venezuela in terms of percentage of inflation. Apparently, the gov of Nigeria is offering people a percentage of money for anybody who brings in dollars into the country. That is how bad it is.

They also printing money. Nigeria is a failing economy and it is only a matter of time.
