Stallone is the matchstick chewing, glove wearing shoot-first-ask-questions-later cop who specializes in getting the dirty job done. He is on the hunt for a serial murderer and will leave no stone unturned and no matchstick unchewed.
He also doesn't blink.
This movie is 80s hollywood to the max. Watching this movie now just serves to remind you that all we cared for in the 80s was gratuitous violence, and some boobs and we would think its a great movie.
Watch it for the nostalgia. The plot is wanting and the acting is abysmal.
