Not the perfect weight but I'm headed in the right direction.

Now I need your advice as I want to buy this set of machine (skipping rope, roller and push up bars) and start working out from February.

Has anyone ever used any of them or seen someone use them and got a toned body? And for the sake of the senator who has decided to be eating grass in 2023, this matter is of importance to senators because you need a healthy incoming MCA in 2027

Run more and you will be fine

All are good , the roller to build your core, the rope for cardio and the other stuff for concentrated push ups.
How you use them and the intensity is what will determine the outcome .
I would add some aerobics work out from YouTube , men look down upon these but they’re the real deal fat burners . Very intense .

Wacha vawolens.
Start working out immediately, sio kusema Feb. For me, I never go to gym, but I stead I walk considerable distance every day.
Like nilitoka job, I will park the car, walk back to mūng'etho (over 1km) for a drink, then stagger home.
Check your diet as well.

I have a roller and skipping rope. I like the skipping rope more for it strengthens my legs and lungs. Be careful with roller it can damage your back, kneel on that mat and do a few reps. I can see there is also press up equipment, good for the upper body and strong arms. It takes time to do the exercises correctly and with confidence, it can take even 4 months
