Some people think that the only viable use of land is dividing it into quarter acre plots and selling them, or building a big mall or apartments, it's really sad that someone who holds such a viewpoint has been given more power,

The Kenya Wildlife Service is chartered to do that while National Reserves such as Masai Mara and Samburu fall under the County Governments within their jurisdiction.

The Kenya Tourism Board's (KTB) mandate on the other hand, is to market Kenya as a tourism destination.

All the aforementioned bodies are regulated by the Kenya Tourism Authority that oversees ALL tourism matters in the 254.

How is it legit and she is not in anyway concerned with the running and management of the park? Hers was just an opinion-diarrhoea by a then political pundit.

Isn't that just like alleging that since weta once said that when nasa wins development will be taken from the mountain to other areas, a threat to mountaineer's since he is party to the hansake?
I know it's popular to hate on her due to her political stand and her flaunting of high level meeting attendance in socio-media. But making mountains out of molehills is a tad too much.

I didn’t change. Wamashati changed. As for her, having uttered such foolish opinion, to get such a public appointment requires a public and visible show of attitude change PRIOR to appointment had thorough vetting been done beforehand,not assumptions of change.
