SUBJECT: Murder incident report. Refer ob no 21/29/11/2021 at 2200hrs. It was reported by assistant chief rukenya sublocation Mr. KENETH MURIMI NDAMBIRI of telephone number 0721****** that he received a report of one PAUL MURAGE NJUKI k/m/a aged 35years had murdered all his family members and surrendered himself at kianyaga police station. police officers led by the scpc and sccio kirinyaga east visited the scene at around 2230hrs and found the scene intact where the bodies of 1. MILLICENT MUTHONI RUNGU aged 38yrs 2.NELLY WAWIRA aged 13yrs,3. GIFTON BUNDI MUTHONI aged 7yrs, 4.SHEROMIT WAMBUI MUTHONI aged 5yrs, 5. CLIFTON NJUKI MURAGE aged 1year were found lying lifeless on their beds with multiple cut wounds on their heads. one murder weapon (slasher) was recovered. The suspect is yet to lead the officers to where he claims he threw the axe he used to hit them on their heads. efforts to remove the bodies to kerugoya county hospital mortuary are ongoing as the heavy rains made the roads impassable and thus the vehicles stuck with the bodies. case is p.b.c.
