Mutahi Kagwe would be coordinating the medical personnel because after floods we know it's waterborne diseases.
General Badi would be moving from one corner of Nairobi to the other assessing and directing.
The late Magoha would be issuing directives in advance on how the school calendar will be like including the measures the government has in place to protect the kids.
But all that is the past. Some like Magoha died. (RIP) Others like Uhuru were sent to Ichaweri.
