Uhuru was/is just incredible. Guy was always drunk mpaka he could not meet NIS director each morning at 6am. Alikuwa anaamka 7am kufungua lock and by 6pm wako na Murathe na crowd ingine ya kipuzi wakiwaka tena. Things were so bad he could show up at 11am totally drunk to a meeting he was supposed to open at 9am. Those around him, including Nabii, started taking advantage. If there is one person this country should be grateful to is that old man Kinyua who tried very hard to steady the ship of state...but there was only so much he could do when surrounded by hyenas on first name basis with the president...
