On behalf of the management, I would like to remind members about the existence of the AOB thread, which takes care of all sorts of random thoughts. We do not want the forum to be overwhelmed by clutter, where three or four members post 20 threads between them yet most of the content would best fit in the AOB thread. Clutter diminishes the navigability, usability and usefulness of a forum, especially to guests who may not be in a position to block some content. Failure to rectify will lead to the same problems facing the MCA village, where extremely brief threads, sometimes from the same individuals, account for most of the thread count.

Are you the management spokesperson?
You raise a valid point, though.
However,note that this should be under the category of Site Feedback.
Puting a thread in the right category improves navigability, usability and usefulness of a forum, especially to guests who may not be in a position to locate some content.

Clutter discourages contributions in several ways. First, contributors need to feel positive about and motivated by the available content to make contributions. Second, clutter crowds out proper threads, short-changing both contributors and readers. That is how deterioration begins, and you end up with a crowd that can neither read nor write. The deterioration in MCA ville started with a flurry of single-sentence threads. Soon, these threads developed into a flood, as like attracted like. Today, a hekaya from grandson Mabenda goes unnoticed, because the crowd cannot read more than two sentences.
