Viral infection that doesn't seem to go away

3 years ago I woke up with the following symptoms: frequent urination, fatigue, frequent hunger and frequent thirst. The symptoms seemed like those of diabetes, upon visiting a doctor and after several tests the doctor told me I had a viral infection and not diabetes as I had believed since my blood sugar is normal. Other tests were done such as thyroid hormone function, adrenal gland and anti diuretic hormone which came back normal. STI tests were done and I had none I was given medicines and told that I will be okay which as it turns out I have never been okay till date. I have been referred to specialists before and also visited various other hospitals but to no success at all since am being told the same thing by different doctors (I have a viral infection). After the infection I gained a lot of weight.

Overtime 2 symptoms went away frequent hunger and thirst. Recently I started feeling other symptoms such as lower back pain, loss of balance, incoherent speech, unable to sustain an erection. Frequent urination and fatigue remained till date. I have also lost weight yet I don't work out. Also any small tast I do leaves me completely exhausted something I didn't feel when I was fine. Even speaking becomes a problem because I reach a point where I run out of breath and I have to take in more air to talk again.

What could be wrong with me?

might be a problem with urinary tract, do you ride bikes or any activity that could put pressure on your prostate area

One cannot determine for sure whose labs these are. It is an offence to post someone's detailed labwork on a public forum like this one.

you need a second opinion
your problem could be psychological
A doctor once told me this that my problem is psychological. What I don't get is the problem started overnight. I went to bed feeling fine woke up feeling this way. I wasn't stressed before. I was a student then
