Muhoro used to drink at a certain bar hapo Nairobi West. Guys would give bribes to him in person. He was on the payroll of the Akashas. Kinoti I hear is a career top cop, very hard to access and is a devout Christian, but the DCI is an institution with it's own culture. One man alone can't change it.

The Kenya police is a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. i.e all the cops in .ke commit more crime's daily then all the crime's reported to cops all over .ke. in each police station, the cops commit more crime's then the number of crime's reported to them by wanjikus.

If you ask the question: which is the biggest organized group of people who commit crime's on a daily basis ?

The sad answer is that Kenya police is the biggest ORGANIZED CRIME GROUP in .ke
