i do not think you can get a visa on the basis that you will go apply for a degree course and then look for work so y
no you won't get a visa.. kila mtu huanza hivyo.. but for the vast majority.... pesa ya harambee huisha or wazazi wanakuambia uko majuu jitegemee.. life majuu is expensive hata hawa middle class will not support their kids for years.. na yangu ni from experience not udaku wa ploti.. only option left is work to pay for yourown upkeep na fees

My argument is not a blanket argument, but for most students there, it is better for them to just come back to Kenya and continue studying online the same way they would have instead, as you have rightly mentioned endure an expensive and hard life for nothing. If i was a parent, i would not even wait for that directive, anapanda ndege na kurudi to avoid leaking even more money

The only way it is sustainable is they start offering actual classes instead of online, otherwise, continuing to stay there ni kutupa

The new guidelines from ICE state that international students would be forced to leave the US or transfer to other colleges if their schools entirely offer classes online this fall.
This rule came as a shocker to many colleges, students, and professors with most big universities and colleges scrambling to go to court to stop it.
