Nope, it's our constitution that guarantees bail regardless of suspected crime, even so the bail amount is too little for a determined person.
Such cases should warrant a bails amount of hundreds of millions, sio 1.5 m.
Halafu pia our courts are too lenient or too compromised, so many things have happened when they have released suspects on bail but still they continue doing the same.
