Yes it does. Bad fiscal policies like the costly KShs 156billion government subsidies on petrol. But like I said, they told you it's because of the handshake that we are where we are. Of course, they couldn't go campaigning asking for the removal of the subsidies

BBI was about balancing the skewed recurrent expenditure. More money to be channeled to places where there is higher population. i.e. one man, one vote one shilling.
