They moved away from Uhuru's fuel import program and engineered a new experiment.
They promised that because of this deal, the dollar rate would go down to 115 in May 2023.

The rate is now 144. In Mid September we start paying back the Saudis for their fuel, in dollars.

Now the government has decided to go back to old fuel importation system.

Today they launched cooking oil dispensers to sell the oil their cartels imported in 20-lt jerricans and which has been cooking under the hot Mombasa sun in a parking lot for six months. The oil dispensers "will be installed in slums".
