Great, thanks for the infodon't worry about it.
however if your valuer overvalued your mots, then you'll be paid less. just pray he didn't.
insurance will never tell you. they'll just take the premiums. however there is clause in the insurance act (or whatver their act is called) that quietly allows them to revalue it in case of an accident (something like that). i think it's called clause 31. i'll confirm.
Its 2.5% .....that should be 25K as it was insured for 1M. I think i can live with any sum above 850K1. Own Damage...toa kedo 2.5% (or is it 25%) of the sum insured. That's what youll get as compensation.
2. Jubilee insurance have a habit of undervaluing private vehicles so to have a lesser degree of indemnity.
@Okiya walituma assesor jana kwa garage to see the damage that the car sustained. He should write a report and submit it to the insurance later on today. Is this a good sign ama? And btw,at what point does the investigator come in juu so far sijaskia story ya investigatorAssessor is the first guy who receives the damaged car na evaluates extent of damage. Then when you write how the accident occurred there is an investigator who reviews to check kama unaandika ukweli.
