Astounding resourcefulness on display. Pakistani artisans up-cycling metal sheet from decommissioned ships to make fifth wheel hitches. It's remarkable how they apply fairly basic tools to fabricate a pretty complex component, evidently with little professional input. It's no surprise they managed to put together a nuclear warhead.

Why don’t you explain to us the classification criteria instead of replying with snide remarks
By bad. I assumed it was common knowledge. First, such components are usually made to sub-millimeter tolerances with precisely controlled weldments. The individual parts are usually placed with the help of jigs to aid precise placement. As you can see from the video, the parts are mostly placed by eye aided by a tape-measure. Second, the welding employed is not suitable for high strength structural parts. Finally, the part is made from recycled metal sheet whose qualities might not exactly match the requirements of the component. That means the component is a product of rough estimations and faith.
