Most public universities will go down. The expansion moves they started some years back to tap on self sponsored students is fast coming to bite them. The parallel program was halted by Matiangi and it was mostly their cash cow.
KU had expanded up to Rwanda. The other universities had so many satellite campuses, massive infrastructure upgrading going on.
The problem is no major research was going on which is the core business of universities.

Research was not a priority but to cash in from the parallel program. Research money was looted in the name of expansion. Insolvency is brought by pure looting. The money is diverted to infrastructures like huge gates.
