The engineer and former university lecturer solicited the help of two of his students and an investment of Ksh1.8million.
“Initially this was a Nissan B14 with a 1600cc engine, but we cut it into two, stretched it and using galvanized steel, transformed it into a limousine,” one of the students revealed in a past interview.

The team of three opened up the industry to vehicle enthusiasts who have revolutionised the VIP transport sector.
Some of the vehicles which have been customised into limousines include a Range Rover Sport whose rental fees are Ksh 30,000 per hour.

A Toyota VX limo can be rented at a cost of Ksh 12,000 per hour or Ksh 75,000 for 8 hours.
It is estimated that the limo business can rake in over Ksh3 million annually per car.

Wealthy Kenyans are known to spare no expense when it comes to weddings which help the owners of executive car services make a killing.
According to the latest report by Samantha Bridal, one of Kenya's top wedding companies, the nuptials industry has been generating in excess of Ksh30 billion annually.

“Kenyans are marrying late in life when they are established in careers that afford them a disposable income which they can use to finance the kind of wedding they want,” a section of the report revealed.
