I've been away from senate for 7 days. 7 things I have learnt. Number 7 will shock you.

It's now 4:40pm, a prime time when people used to be active on senate. But alas, I am the only member online.

Anyway, I only log in here once a week, from previously logging in about 2-3 times daily. I want to thank the admin because him killing senate means I have become more productive elsewhere.

So what has happened during the week I was away?

1) Liverpool beat Man u 7-0. Senate discussed this in a thread that generated 151 views and 6 comments

2) New girl from Muranga signed in and introduced herself- The thread had only 286 views and 10 comments. On a normal day a new female member thread would have had several comments from suiters. Not senate any more.

3) There was national power outage by KPLC- That thread had 212 views and just 5 comments

4) Raila went to DCI and shouted like a crazy man when he was blocked. You know Raila threads always generated hundreds of comments. Not anymore. The thread had 221 views and 5 comments

5) AoB 7nd March had 213 views and 9 comments

6) Admin had a thread about new directive on consolidation of cargo. The thread had 163 views and 3 comments

7) Sunday's Alfajiri ya Kupendeza by Padre had 63 views and 0 comments.

In conclusion, Senate is lying in a coma in ICU. The bed allocated is the one next to the morgue.

There are 16,975 subscribers on this forum. Ask yourself how come the site has been dead after the exit of about 20 members? Do you think new members will revive the site?

Let's not blame Covid that occured in 2019 for the demise of the senate. @admin should humble himself and reach a truce with the members affected.

People may lie but data doesn't. February statistics shows senate's rank in Kenya dropped by a whopping 578.

So who are these new members that admin will convince to join here and not the 1,586 websites that are popular than Senate????
