The IEBC is threatening to throw out the lists of political party nominees that do not conform to the one third gender rule.

The lists are made of the men and women nominated by citizens mashinani.

Should the parties have overturned the will of the people to impose candidates of the minority gender so as to conform?

Should the IEBC throw out the lists after the deadline will it not be disenfranchising parties and their members?
