Hoping all you guys are good.....greetings from Mama Samia's vast country.....a few years ago i moved here from vumbistan. Like everywhere else pia huku kuna challenges but if you follow the straight and narrow matokeo utayaona.

Eg. Registering a company here as an investor is not that difficult only that for a foreigner you need a local partner but all is well. As you can see below my company can do all those trades listed simply listing the work we intend to do here. You can farm, own trucks @Meria, construction without ujinga wa certification za NCA kenya. Before i forget @Mongrel is catered for here too.

Dont fear to venture out of kenya iwe mkulima or whatever your hustle is. Karibuni.

Good info. Keep it coming. I hear Rwanda is super-welcoming to Kenyans....

TZ has an edge over kenya, on many issues. Land is available and in some places its barren land. Dont want to talk much, but kama chinese wanakuja. Whats stopping you fellow member of the EAC?

You can as well do it by yourself....the reason im insisting on a local partner....with minimal shareholding is that people here especially watu wa huku chini (wazee wa kijiji, mkuu wa kituo "OCS" etc ) its better when they deal with their own. Imagine if one of your workers at your factory has his hand dismembered. Mwenye kiwanda hapo is your partner. Ama @Meria kama amekunywa konyagi apite na school bus ya shule.

So I understand u can only obtain 1 work permit in Tanzania. I've always been puzzled how it goes if u want to open multiple businesses , seems like u jst register all of them under one holding company for example hapo wewe naona u are in Transport, warehousing , construction, farming and so on.

So what if the businesses have different operational offices/locations for example the transport busines in Kigamboni, Storage in Sinza, Farming in Iringa and Construction in Mbweni, u still use the same registered office for all?

Also in the scenario where u want to venture into another industry say manufacturing, u jst update the above document and dont need a new work permit ama kunaendanga aje?

Nashukuru
