Maybe am being naive,but I believe corruption in Kenya is so easy to tame if only there was just a little goodwill from govt.
Am pretty sure such magistrates have accrued assets that their known legal earnings can’t explain so it’s just a matter of asking someone to prove how they got such assets and if they can’t explain seize them and prosecute them!

Kuguza judges Kenya ni near impossible, you have to go thru the JSC and judges have 5 seats pale. Those 4 judges in the JSC are elected by fellow judges, until majority of judgesa re ethical, you will never get a straight person elected. Then there is another 2 representing the LSK also elected by fellow lawyers, it goes without saying that only when majority of lawyers are ethical will you get straight people representing lawyers. So out of the gate, 6 seats out of 11 at the JSC are there to represent status quo

they're the same fellows who made the constitution that way yet they want to lock out independent thinkers in the name of lacking advanced education.
