I had a windscreen claim many years ago they started giving me hekaya .Went to their offices hapo Lavington only to realise the agent was munching my money by undervaluing the vehicle and all the extras I was paying him was not being remitted.It was on a Friday afternoon , the following day agent alikuwa na mimi hapo Baricho road to have the windscreen replaced na akalipia . Afterwards I shifted from the agent and monarch .Landing on Resolution who also messed up big time .

I hate the insurance industry with a passion, mimi nilitumiwa beautiful salesladies to convince me to get comprehensive insurance. When my car rolled i was sent to the claims office, that's when things got difficult, i was treated as a suspect and told to go all over the place just to get my claim approved, nilisema from then on ni 3rd party all the way.
