Wadau I have a serious problem.
I recently received a batch of 12 meters from KPLC. Around 2 months ago.
So far, 5 have failed. The CIUs are unable to connect to the meter, thus you cannot load tokens. I have contacted Kenya Powerless and they say they will replace them when they become available. It is now two weeks na bado Leo wamesem hawana.

Tell me guys, what causes this issue? I have had my wiring checked again and again. Did I get a faulty batch? A failure rate of almost 50% is abnormal.
Can the damn things be repaired? Am almost losing my tenants.
Help a distressed lister.

They look old... Someone talked of planned insolence some time back. 50% failure like you say is abnormal.
Take the risk and have one opened up by someone who knows their stuff...

I have gone a step ahead and bypassed them.
Siwes kaa kwa Giza coz of a failure by the company. Kupata tamper code is easier than staying in darkness.

KPLC direct.
After paying almost 120k for three phase and 17 meters.

They ought to bypass the meter untill they sort their problems !
