Precedent was set in 2017 and we were smiling buying hiyo unga ya 90 bob then.
Even mafuta is given subsidy on monthly basis. Who said it won't continue past Aug? Those seeking power are promising the same.

Btw, hatukatai maybe it's given because of elections, but as a wise man si you shld be stocking your house instead of wailing in the interwebs? As a diehard JS fan, I know subsidized unga won't make you vote pro uhuru, si ndio? Why do you think others will change their minds?
And btw, there is a probability the fuel subsidy will come to an end this Aug

The fuel subsidy has been there for the longest time yes, no? Even before campaigns started so it was not a campaign tool.
