I find those figures being thrown around by the likes of Spear at the county assembly rather unbelievable. Eti Ruto sold URP for 10b. Watu hucheza sana. Uhuru angetoa wapi 10b za kununua party moja AND STILL HAVE MONEY TO BUY OFF 40 OTHER PARTIES AND TO CONDUCT THE KIND OF CAMPAIGN HE DID IN 2013and he wasn't president? He would have had to spend something like Sh100b.

This is actually one of the reasons why Uhuru's popularity in central is suffering. While the president should develop the entire country and not his own area alone, Uhuru has made a deliberate move to destroy rather than build in central. Ata hii expansion of the Kenol - Nyeri highway is being done like a by the way. A bandaid on an already festering and gushing wound.

Even the improved coffee prices from 32bob to 105 bob is seen as a by the way?
