I am 100% sure those tenders were not awarded fairly. I have heard him defend himself that he used to lend people money for their LPOs in exchange for a portion of their payment.

While I agree with you,I heard a story of the shenanigans in county finance offices especially when the governor was incapacitated. Must have covered their footprints nicely.

Now that the Investigators through the processes of Following and Tracing Assets have ascertained that a large part of the 12B transacted were not Gachagua’s legitimate assets, they should move with speed to the logical conclusion of this process.

EAAC Asset Recovery Unit should now apply to the Courts to have all the monies that Gachagua cannot account for forfeited speedily to the State. This will be a civil case procedure and therefore easy to carry out with speed before any monies is lost through Dissipation.
The Criminal part of this case can follow later when all the Parties are ready.

EAAC has done this to a few people albeit “small fishes”. It is time they flexed their muscles on the mighty and the well-connected.
This will send a clear message to the Corrupt that they will not be let to enjoy their illegal gains peacefully but will be made to account for every Dime and Nickel of Public money.
Failure to follow through with this will only embolden the thieves and their cahoots to keep dipping their fingers in the jar and making us all the more poorer.
