I traveled 370 kilometres yesterday from my work station to the place where my family is domiciled. A County headquarter had only a single place with fuel, with crazy queues blocking the C class road, tractors are lying idle due to lack of fuel, the clever guys who bought fuel in mitungis are now retailing them at 250 SHS a litre.

Who shall pay for all the losses and man Hours wasted?, someone should, in parts of the world where personal/corporate responsibilities are taken seriously, heads would have rolled already.
