Every kenyan, including uhulu is allowed to harvest and store water on his farm. Also the govt is required to supply all kenyans with water including to citizen 001 uhulu. Huko Fagaria you should also build a dam/water pan to harvest water kama uhulu. Also why do you think that is only you huko kasarani who should enjoy muranga water and not other kenyans including uhulu?
