SUBJECT: FATAL SHOOTING INCIDENT REPORT

Ref OB 17/4/2/2023 at 1555hrs .The muilt agency reactive security teams that where following up on the raiders who had raided cattle from Mugie ranch intercepted them at Posta area Relit village.A shoot out ensued whereby 4 bandits of Samburu origin were fatally injured. The following firearms were recovered
1 one G3rifle s/n A36047047/EN 1976 with an empty magazine .
2. one M16 Assault rifle s/n Sera 011033 of 5.56mm with a magazine of 8rds.
3.one Ak 47 assault rifle S/n 4757997 with an empty magazine.
4 double pouches of an Ak 47.
The bodies of the unknown Samburu male adults were removed to Nyahururu level 4hospital mortuary awaiting identification and postmortem.
During the contact no injury reported on the side of security personnel.
