How much sex should you have with your girlfriend or marriage? what will be considered a good frequency?

my answer: 2 to 3 times a week after initial honeymoon period(3 months).

if you are getting less than this frequency someone else is getting it or the married guys you have lost frame.

any decrease in frequency in sex means that the sex is is transnational(money) not validational (natural desire).

MY SOLUTIONS.
1) Don't move in with your girlfriend if you are not intending to marry her within 6months. sex decreases after cohabitating
2) Instill a sense of dread in her, that is show her that you are of a higher value and women want you too, a sense of competition will raise in her
an alpha that has been tamed is no longer an alpha. You can hit the gym too
3) Fake up a divorce/ breakup. you enter into a relationship /marriage for continuous sex. Shell come back fucking you.

just from observations 98% of the alphas i know get at least 2+ per week unless she has traveled(and we all know alphas don't do long distance things). also at that rate it means that the woman is trying hard to impress you(which means she still sees you as alpha).

I am not cohabiting with her, spinning other plates is a must. She got an appetite for it, why should I sent her something she loves.
