Zuku is a big player and the very worst. If they do not tie you to a year contract or require long notices for termination, give them a go at the middle subscription. Once in, do regular speed tests and see if it is choked or too fluctual.Fairly priced. Reliability by the small players ndio huwa noma

Who said that?Fiberlink is owned by Zuku ?
Let him pay for the cheapest package as long as they don't have hidden tricks like installation fees or paying several months in advance. At the same time, he should be having a back-up on the ready. He can upgrade later if their service is fine. For most of these startups, you only get to enjoy the service in the first few months before the quality deteriorates.
I tried Zuku during the last Summer Olympics: disaster in delivery and billing.Where I am Zuku works really well. I rarely get downtimes.

Mbugua wa Faiba should be your solution, until the day utaona wire za fibre zikipita hapo kwa gate.Zuku ni mavi ya umbwa ilikufa last year February 31st.
Called them ninjas to bring internet...actually walked to their office on Mombasa road.
Told me that I have to pay for a package for a tech to come do a site survey. Paid on the spot.
The techie comes and being an honest man,he tells me that I won't get internet now or in the next forseeable future coz the fibre is about two hundred metres from where I am. And their fibre team can lose a race to a slug when it comes to installation of the fibre line.
Tells me to go for my money.
Takes a week to get my money back...thanks to a very nice sounding lady who only acted after I mentioned Twitter. But I did call her to say thank you after my cash hit my account. No internet for me.
Safaringcom...demands all types of documentation before the can even open an account. I provide but it takes weeks before the sales man tells that he is very sorry they have run out of gadgets so no internet for me.
Liquid Telcom, niga's want 45K upfront to install routers, feeders, dishes or something I think. That is even before I choose a package to be paying for monthly.
I go local and get a guy (who claims to be a safaringcom dealer) who wants me to buy a line ati niwe nikiweka bundles kama phone...
Jeiso... Now he wants me to go to safaringcom and register for internet.
I fear such companies as @Kasaman has asked about...naogopa Ile story ya Juja to happen to me. Data capture and theft.
I asked Airtel,machos tu.
Already I have spent some cash on routers sijui wiring and still no internet.
And the most surprising thing I am on second row of Mombasa road.
Somebody please help!
